World Wrestling Federation, 1984 – It was exactly 33 years ago to the day that this infamous match aired. The World Wrestling Federation was beginning its national expansion, and had recently convinced Hulk Hogan to leave The AWA and return to WWF. The previous month, Sheik had defeated Bob Backlund in a controversial fashion to become the World Champion.

In the early 1980's I was still a young kid, and one of my most favorite things in the world was Saturday.
