I don't mind Jinder, but he should probably be 2014 Rusev and getting his character over as the US Champion right now.  Jinder is in a tough spot when you contrast Raw has a red hot match for their title (Brock vs. Braun).  I enjoy the Smackdown TV show way more than RAW, but I am much more interested in the RAW PPV's than Smackdown PPV's.

Nakamura and Orton should be the title program.  Having an All Time WWE Great vs. an All Time New Japan Great in their prime for the WWE Title should be a fantastic PPV main event.

Meltzer called this the best BOLA to date.  For reference, Meltzer has sat front row all 3 nights for BOLA in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Well, no preview of the last show!

Hope the BOLA previews come out within a week.   Reading on twitter that Meltzer took a moonsault last night.

Littlefinger's death scene was incredible.

The Wall is down!

I wonder how book readers will react to Jon being Aegon...

Loved the main event.  Strowman is over huge.  I wonder when we will get Brock vs. Strowman.

I thought the show was paced well, which was a problem with the two long shows last year (Mania and SummerSlam).

Are they going to do another Superstar shakeup soon?  Having a hard time seeing how they will keep both shows fresh with the same roster for another 7 months.

So, they opened with Corbin, then had Natalya, the worst female wrestler in the company win the title cleanly and now a slow Big Show match. Absolutely murdering this crowd in the first hour.

The Angle and Daniel Bryan backstage segment was the highlight of the first hour.

I wish PWG had gotten to do Angle vs. Danielson in 06.  Maybe if the doctors clear them, we can get it at a WrestleMania.

Loved Naomi's emotional reaction to losing the title.  Naomi and Natalya really delivered above my expectations.

The No Mercy promo was awesome.

Cena's SummerSlam losing streak is over.

I am surprised Corbin has faded so fast since winning Money in the Bank 2 months ago. Does Corbin have backstage heat like Enzo?

Wow, this show is starting very early, like a WrestleMania.  There are a ton of matches on this card.  Surprising seeing the Hardys and Miz wrestling in front of a half empty arena 90 minutes before the main show starts.

The only thing I can think of for taking the belt off Asuka, is someone signed from the MYC.

Maybe a pirate princess.

Aside from Omega and Styles, Gargano might be the best US/Canadian wrestler right now.

Omega and Okada just broke the star scale again.  Unbelievable.  What a pleasure to get to watch that match live today.

She's the same as Cersei.

If Jon Snow can't win, I hope the Night King destroys all of them.

The spinning backfist Elgin hit on Suzuki today would have made Aja Kong say damn.

Loved the Osaka show.  Won't spoil anything in case you are still catching up.  This has been such a good G1 so far.

Omega vs. EVIL today was awesome.  Make sure to watch Omega's backstage promo from Night 11 before watching this match.

That's the first time I recall Cena hitting the AA then doing the roll through to setup another AA immediately and it not being the finish of the match.

Love Elgin using the Burning Hammer as his big match finisher.

I would say ZSJ over Fale and EVIL over Suzuki are the two biggest upsets of the G1 through 8 nights.

Nakamura beat Cena clean.  Cena landed right on his head just prior to the finish.

Nakamura seeks to become the 1st Japanese WWE Champion at SummerSlam against Jinder.
