Survivor Series 2017

Matt Hardy gets the RVD return treatment with a pre-show match against Elias.   They should have waited and put this on 2nd.

Sheild did a top rope powerbomb does the win.  Good match but predictable.

This PPV......this PPV sucks so far.

Shield/New Day was a mess and nowhere near what we expected. Women's match was the crap we all assumed. Corbin/Miz actually wasn't that bad as Miz played a pretty good angry babyface, he lost because he is bulletproof at this point.

This tag team match is nothing to write home about either. Looks to be a 2 match card with Styles/Brock and the men's match which should be overbooked delight.

Agrees it's a little lame so far.  Maybe they are building something with Jason Jordan.

The women's match was much better than I thought it would ever be. I was hoping Carmella would cash in.

Bliss is a good worker and of course Charlotte is too, so it's not surprising they would have a good match.

Assuming Brock wins this match, that means it's 3-3 with the men's main event. I thought Smackdown would win that match with Jason Jordan interference, but I didn't think Vince would let Raw lose when the whole show was built around brands. I suppose Sami/Kevin can come out and cost Smackdown, but it seems that Jordan turning heel and leading us to HHH/Angle is the bigger story.

"Hey Brock, you want to do some cool spots at a good pace today?".

"I'm going to just sandbag everything you do and collect my check".

"Okay, sounds cool".

That was the greatest counter to the calf crusher or really any submission I have ever seen.

Had some rough patches, but overall Brock vs. Styles delivered.  The calf crusher spot made the match.

So far the women had the match of the night.

Brock and AJ was too spotty as noted earlier.

Brock/AJ had a great 2nd half, but Brock was pretty sloppy in the beginning.

I'd be surprised if the main event wasn't awesome through a combination of wrestling and ludicrous overbooking.

Every time HAH gets in the ring, I'm trying to figure out who is gonna get buried.

Yeah, get those pieces of shit Nakamura and Roode out of there. I want to see the REAL stars like Cena, Shane and Orton.

But seriously, the crowd is in shock that the first elimination was Nakumura and Smackdown has no one exciting to root for and you probably got 45 minutes left.

Now the main story is RAW fighting themselves and it's just so stupid.

Now Finn is gone, the real stars are Shane, Kurt, HHH and Randy. Such an old man's idea of booking.

Now he has to fight off Zayn and Owens by himself. Oh God, this match fills me with rage.

That was one of the worst main events I have ever seen. What in the fuck did I just watch?

HHH still has it. He's the last one in the ring and we are all confused as to what happened.

I'm not going to say "HHH buries everyone" because he has spent the last few years putting over young talent, as he should, but I still have no idea what that was all about. HHH vs. Braun at Mania or the Rumble?

HHH doesn't enhance the match.  He stuck out the entire time and I was scared when he was in the ring with Roode and Nakamura.

I guess Jason Jordan is going to turn on his Father at a later date?

They just dropped every story except Shane beating up Owens/Zayn in this match. After all that buildup.

I think what bothers me the most is the SuperCard they created that went to crap in 5 minutes.

I just hope Smackdown can make up for the loss of heat before their next PPV.

I think theyíre setting up Triple H vs Angle. Then Jordan turns on Angle and costs him the match. But I donít really care.

A lot of first time matches tonight that lead to nothing.

No surprise Brockís best match in years was with AJ. Heís the best in the business right now along with a couple of guys in New Japan. Heís only got a couple of years left before retirement. So letís job out to Brock who needs it.

So that whole Survivor Series match was built up over weeks and weeks with the express purpose of putting HHH over so he can have a match with Angle. In 2017. (Maybe 2018.) What a mess.
