Undertaker's first match in World Class as Texas Red.  Strangely enough, his manager is Percy Pringle.

Book and Goldust were hilarious together. TourettesDust might be the best character of the last 10 years.

This bears reposting every so often. It's another case where if you didn't know of TNA's incompetent booking, and just saw this show, you'd think this was one of the greatest promotions on Earth.

Amusing story about the finish.  Taker and Paul Bearer were having, shock, problems with Lawler.  He booked them on a USWA show when they had some time off scheduled, which pissed them off.  Lawler was a dick about it and told them that he didn't want them on the show after all.  So at the end of the match, just as he's about to put Lawler in the casket, Taker leans over and asks him to put them back on the show.  Lawler says no, so Taker puts his forearm across his throat and asks again.  He finally agrees(you can see him say something) and Taker lets go and pushes him in.

Good amount of shoots in there.  The best one is saved for last, the one mentioned on episode 19 of the A1 Podcast which you can listen to now!  The infamous Doug Gilbert shoot where he yells, "JERRY LAWLER YOU RAPED A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL!"

I remember that "shoot."  He came back the next week as Chaz, a kid from New Jersey who just wants to have some fun.  He wore boxer shorts with a smiley face on 'em to the ring, then later beat up his girlfriend (who, let's face it, could've probably beat this shit out of him).  Fuggin' Russo crap.

A relatively unknown Memphis gem.  It's basically an attack on WWF with the Global fed out of Texas playing the heel role as the "national" company trying to destroy USWA.  Mike Samples, a journeyman worker, is essentially playing VKM and its a perfect lampoon.

This deserves a posting outside of the gaming forum, because the fantasy booking is just that awesome
